Summary Buffalo Rock is an award‑winning bottler with over 124 years of history. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Buffalo Rock’s alcoholic beverage portfolio in marketing and promotional activities. Your primary role is to engage with consumers, promote the brand’s story, and encourage sales through events, tastings, and social media interactions.
Responsibilities
Host promotional demos at bars, liquor stores, grocery, and convenience outlets (approximately 4 hrs each including set up and break down).
Attend local events and festivals as scheduled.
Represent and promote the brand portfolio at retailers, events, festivals, and bars to increase visibility and consumer engagement.
Organize tastings, product sampling, giveaways to increase trials.
Plan event logistics with Corporate Director and local franchise, including set up, break down, maintenance of sampling materials.
Track and report event effectiveness, provide insights and recommendations; weekly status calls and coordination with Corporate Director.
Share brand content across social media platforms, creating organic engagement and fostering a positive brand image.
Provide consumer feedback to marketing and sales teams on preferences, trends and competitor activity.
Assist in promoting sales through partnerships with bars, restaurants, retail outlets.
Educate consumers on beer styles, brewing techniques, and brand history.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (Required). Some college preferred.
Previous brand ambassadorship, sales or hospitality experience preferred.
Beverage or foodservice experience preferred.
Brand or marketing experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a smartphone.
Must provide reliable transportation for business use with required insurance coverage.
Computer & Media Skills
Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access) – Required.
Social media platforms and scheduling programs (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) – Required.
Required Education & Experience
Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, sales or hospitality: Preferred.
Beverage or foodservice experience: Preferred.
Brand or marketing experience: Preferred.
Physical Demands Must be able to stand, walk, and sit continuously, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
