What You'll Do

Lead lifecycle marketing across core owned channels, with email and SMS as the foundation, shaping strategy and executing campaigns and programs end-to-end. Manage and evolve our Klaviyo strategy and execution, including email and SMS campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, deliverability, and reporting Develop scalable segmentation and personalization frameworks informed by customer behavior and lifecycle stage; build and optimize key lifecycle flows Own the full lifecycle and campaign calendar across email and SMS, including product launches, promotions, and key seasonal and holiday moments Run hypothesis-driven A/B tests across messaging, creative, cadence, and timing Maintain lifecycle channel health, including deliverability, list hygiene, compliance, and frequency management Track and report on lifecycle KPIs including revenue contribution, engagement, churn, and retention; translate performance insights into clear recommendations and optimizations that improve conversion, retention, and customer experience. Partner with Brand, Growth, Product, Merchandising, and CX to improve the customer journey and ensure lifecycle messaging is accurate, timely, and customer-first Create clear processes and documentation to support reliability and scale Qualifications

5+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience, preferably in consumer brands and ecommerce Ownership of Klaviyo or similar software in a DTC or ecommerce environment Hands-on experience with Shopify as well as review and loyalty software providers Deep experience with email & SMS automation, segmentation, and testing Excellent project management and cross-functional communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail (We’re big on the little things!) Analytical and data-driven with experience in analytics and attribution platforms; ability to perform data dives to surface actionable insights Entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable owning outcomes, not just execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment This role will report to the Senior Director of Marketing & Brand Nice to Have

Copywriting experience, ability to design emails with an eye for clean, on-brand layouts Experience with customer acquisition-focused channels like affiliate and paid social Experience working in kids, apparel, footwear, subscription- or membership-based ecommerce Compensation & Benefits
