Social Media Manager
to manage and grow social media presence for our agency and clients across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creative instincts with analytical thinking and paid social experience. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals Create, schedule, and manage optimized content across all major social platforms Manage content calendars and campaign timelines Boost posts to increase reach, engagement, and conversions Analyze performance metrics and provide clear reporting and insights Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign success Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience developing content strategies and creating optimized social media content Experience with Social Media Optimization Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a minimum of 2+ years of marketing experience Strong copywriting and graphic design skills Strong strategy development and analytics reporting skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Experience with paid advertising, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads, is a plus. Content creation experience with reels or short-form video is a plus Full-time, in-person position Location: Prescott, AZ Salary range: $45,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and bonus opportunities This role is ideal for a creative strategist who is excited to build impactful social media campaigns and grow with a fast-paced marketing agency.
