Client Relationship Manager (Full-Time) Lawn Doctor of Chardon – Chardon, OH
Pay: $19–$24 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role Lawn Doctor of Chardon is hiring a full‑time Client Relationship Manager to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role supports daily office operations, customer scheduling, and long‑term relationship building within our locally owned Lawn Doctor franchise.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries
Schedule lawn care services and manage customer information
Explain Lawn Doctor programs, services, and recommendations
Follow up with customers and inbound leads
Support technicians and office operations
What We’re Looking For
Strong phone and customer service skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
Office, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
