Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Marketing Specialist (English/Japanese) to support field marketing initiatives and drive lead generation through in-person events and campaigns. This role plays a key part in expanding market presence and supporting sales efforts through high-touch marketing programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to contribute to a scaling organization.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events
Develop and manage event strategies focused on lead generation and brand awareness
Coordinate logistics such as venues, vendors, materials, and post-event follow-up
Partner with internal marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
Create and localize marketing materials in both English and Japanese
Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and ensure timely handoff to sales
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, events, or demand generation
Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English (required)
Strong understanding of event-based marketing and lead generation tactics
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to travel for industry events as needed
Experience with CRM tools
