Compensation
Base pay starting at $21.50+

We take into consideration the minimum requirements outlined in the job description, such as, training and experience, the position’s work location, required travel (if any), and external market conditions when determining the final salary for potential new hires.

Job Duties The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role will work cross functionally with internal and external business partners to ensure seamless coordination and delivery to meet business objectives.
Request Validation and Job Trafficking
Review Marketing requests to ensure proper information and lead-time criteria are met
Traffic job orders to proper personnel w/in Marketing team, matching job type to applicable and available resources (assess capacity).
Schedule in-person launch meetings to clarify business partner objectives and aggregate missing information.
Execution Support
Sends applicable Workflow communication to the stores and other departments for project implementation/execution.
Trafficking of all tactics, including digital proofing, as well as managing reports and reporting job status at all times.
Status Tracking and Reporting
Work directly with Marketing Teams to maintain the status of each client’s job(s) and verify the jobs will be complete on time, and if not, elevating to the Marketing Production Manager for prioritization.
Provides updates to the Marketing Production Manager for production, reporting, identifying and mitigating “bottle necks”
Vendor Coordination
Assists with pricing, deadlines, placing orders, and distribution.
Coordinate Promotional Campaigns
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of in-store and digital promotional campaigns across all retail channels.
Maintain Promotional Calendars
Manage and update the promotional calendar to ensure alignment with marketing, merchandising, and seasonal strategies.
Manage Offer Set-Up and Validation
Coordinate with pricing and systems teams to ensure promotional offers are correctly configured and tested in POS and e-commerce systems.
Support Store Communication
Prepare and distribute promotional guides and communication to store teams, ensuring clarity and execution readiness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent job experience preferred
Marketing Project Management, including Creative Production for Print & Digital
Experience with web-based Project Management, PIM and DAM project-tracking systems and databases
Advanced knowledge of Mac platforms and applications; Adobe Creative Suite, Office
Experience working with web-based digital proofing systems
