Position Overview
The ideal candidate for this position willmaintainexcellent clientrelationships, ensuringa seamlessclientexperience, proactive communication, and data driven support for clients that result in fleet penetration and client tenure. Responsibilities
Manage client on-boarding and provide ongoing support, including training, account setup, and implementation of fleet services and tools. Build andmaintainstrong client relationships through proactive communication,timelyupdates, value, andengagement. Partner with sales and internal pod teams to supportdemos, penetrationopportunities, post-sales meetings, and leadfollow-up. Oversee vehicle life-cyclemanagement, includingacquisitionanddecommissioning, ensuring regulatory and contractualcompliance. Advise onand support fleet and financial solutions, including TRAC leases,financing,purchase options,and fleetmanagementproducts. Ensureaccuratebilling andfinancialsupport, including submissionsof TTL and invoicing data andtimelyresponses to wire transferinquiries. Monitorfleet performance and reporting, delivering client-facing insights on utilization's, cost-per-mile, fuelefficiency, and service compliance. Maintain accurate CRM and fleetrecords, ensuringaccount,contact, and asset data is current. Identifyissues and drivecontinuousimprovement, proactivelyescalatingrisks,analyzingtrends, andrecommendingprocessenhancements. Collaboratecross-functionallywith Sales,Operations, and Support to align on accountstrategy, service quality, and retention. Qualifications
Proficiencyworking with Salesforce, including leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and other web-based products. Familiarity withFleetioand other web-based software productsis a plus. Highly responsive to client needs, delivering fast, consistent,and effective support. Strong process discipline, with the ability to manage CRM workflows, cadences, and data accuracy. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal pod partners, vendors, and clients. Adaptable and flexible, able to pivot priorities based onclient, vendor, and team needs. Proven ability to prioritize tasks throughout the day and week to consistently meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Strongorganizationalskills, attention to details, and a basis for action with a service-oriented approach. Benefits
