Job Description Rally Camps Site Director Rally Camps is now hiring a Site Director for our youth summer camps in Calabasas and Sherman Oaks. Rally Summer Camps is looking for a Rock Star Site Director who is energetic, positive, and who loves to inspire our youth to make good choices and be accountable for their actions and decisions—all while having a great time! We provide the equipment, training, and curriculum. You provide the leadership that will help our campers have a wonderful learning experience and leave camp with new friends, an appreciation for the importance of personal accountability, and help grow our brand.

Spring Responsibilities (Remote – 10–20 Hours per week)

Group Sales – Maximize outreach to potential marketing partners (schools, leagues, organizations) offering promotional discounts for camp enrollments, following up on outreach weekly, based on discount redemptions, and build relationships within the community.

Talent Recruitment – Screen, interview potential seasonal candidates, and make hiring decisions based on company metrics.

Summer Responsibilities (In Person – Full Time June–August)

Manage a team of 20+ staff members and 150+ campers.

Implement all camp processes, standard operating procedures, and camp curriculum.

Maintain Rally Camps standards as outlined in the employee handbook, covering dress code, conduct, and other areas.

Ensure a safe camp environment for staff, campers, and parents.

Communicate with parents and headquarters regarding any issues that may arise at camp.

Oversee Site Leadership Staff Training & Operations.

Plan and execute Leadership and Staff Virtual Training for the Brand.

Coordinate and share inventory counts with our HQ Ops team to ensure all sports equipment, camp/site supplies, medical equipment, technology needs, uniforms, and other items are prepared.

Qualifications for the Site Director Position

Availability from June 15 to August 14, Monday‑Friday for approximately eight hours per day.

Pass a thorough background and reference screening.

Ready to travel on weekdays to a site in Calabasas or Sherman Oaks with reliable transportation.

Experience managing children ages 4‑13.

Attend all‑staff training and other pre‑summer leadership trainings.

Familiarity with the basic fundamentals of popular sports.

Compensation

Spring: Hourly Rate of $25.

Summer: Competitive wage of $1,500‑$1,750 weekly, DOE.
