Overview
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Factor Bikes is a performance-led, design-obsessed cycling brand born from engineering excellence and built to win. From wind tunnels to the World Tour, our mission is to create the most advanced, refined bikes on the planet—and tell the stories that back them up. We’re looking for someone to help lead that storytelling in the USA. We’re hiring a US Assistant Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life across the country—on the ground, in our channels, at events, and in the minds of riders who care about every detail. This role blends brand building, event execution, sponsorship activation, social media, and retail support—with the autonomy and trust that comes from working in a tight, global team. About the role
You’ll thrive in this role if you: Know your way around the US cycling scene. Are self-sufficient, creative, and highly organized. Believe in brands that sweat the details—on and off the bike. Want to build something from the ground up, not just maintain what’s already there. Responsibilities
Lead storytelling in the USA; build brand presence across channels, events, and rider communities. Manage brand initiatives across events, sponsorship activation, social media, and retail support. Collaborate with a global team to execute marketing programs and content. Engage with retailers, sponsored athletes, and content teams to coordinate efforts. Travel to events across the US as needed. Qualifications
4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in cycling, outdoor, or performance sports. Strong track record in event execution, community engagement, and social media. Experience working with retail partners, sponsored athletes, and content teams. Willingness to travel and represent the brand at events across the US. A love of bikes and a deep understanding of cycling culture. Apply
It’s varied. It’s hands-on. It’s impactful. And it’s only for someone who wants to get their hands dirty and build a legacy in US cycling culture. If you’re intrigued and feel like this could be you, drop me a message at jacob@factorbikes.com and we’ll send the full job spec.
