Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content tailored to the target audience, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
Utilize tools for scheduling posts and managing social media accounts.
Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding promptly to customer inquiries and comments.
Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos for social media campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts in social media content.
Manage relationships with influencers and partners for collaborative marketing efforts.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations to continuously improve strategies.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Familiarity with proofreading standards to ensure high-quality content output.
Proficiency in SEO techniques, content creation, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), and video editing.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms including Facebook Advertising.
Experience with social listening tools and relationship management within a brand context.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual design.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
Preferred Skills
Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles.
Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
Ability to take high-quality photos for social media content.
