
The Social Media Manager at Finding Mastery will be responsible for overseeing the company's social media profile across various platforms. The individual will be in charge of creating, managing, and delivering fresh, innovative content daily while tracking and analyzing the results of these strategies. They will be expected to establish and maintain our company's voice across all Social Media Channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, strategize and create social media content to enhance engagement and drive user interaction across all popular social media channels
Work closely with the Marketing team in the development of a consistent and powerful brand personality on social media
Regularly monitor competitors and industry updates to stay ahead in the market
Track and analyze social media performance and trends. Incorporate insights gained into the development of ongoing strategies
Collaborate with the Content, Design, and Product teams to generate a seamless and consistent customer experience across all platforms
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness in reaching the target audience effectively
Act as the first point of call for any social media advertising, branding, and promotional needs within the company
Qualifications And Skills
Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing social media accounts for brands or companies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Technology savvy with solid understanding of not just the social media universe, but also web design and SEO
Experience with conducting audience and buyer persona research
Compensation range $65000 - $70000
