About the Position The Senior Analyst, Customer Marketing will play a critical role in ensuring the profitability and financial discipline of customer marketing programs across channels. This role will partner closely with Customer Marketing, Finance and RGM to support core workstreams including Pricing Guardrails, Program P&Ls, and Measurement & Effectiveness (M&E).
The role is designed to bring financial rigor, analytical clarity, and decision support into customer-facing strategies - ensuring programs drive both top-line growth and bottom-line impact.
Responsibilities
Support Program P&Ls to ensure customer marketing initiatives meet profitability and ROI targets
Partner with Finance and RGM to manage UPP, and margin guardrails
Analyze program performance and provide insights on KPI Tracking, ROI, and incremental impact
Maintain financial rigor across customer marketing programs and promotions
Liaise with Sales directors to ensure alignment within trade spend
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field
4–7 years of experience in commercial finance, analytics, or customer marketing support
Strong experience with P&L management and ROI analysis
Working knowledge of UPP, pricing, or revenue management principles
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial models
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, RGM, Sales, or Marketing
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and profitability
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
This role requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
