
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and startup ecosystem, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Manager 4 to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager 4, you will be an integral part of the Startup Support Department, working closely with the Startups Program team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering startup growth, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range $42/hr to $45/hr on W2
What's the Job?
Lead segmentation work, account-based marketing initiatives, and nurture targeted startup accounts to attract high-potential founders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Startup Success, and Events to develop integrated campaigns.
Analyze performance data and account signals to optimize marketing strategies and improve engagement metrics.
Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs and measuring campaign effectiveness.
Manage relationships with ecosystem partners, investors, and high-impact events to activate target accounts.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 8 years' experience in Account-Based Marketing Strategy & Execution, with proven success in designing multi-channel campaigns.
Strong hands-on experience with Data, Tooling & Performance Analytics, including marketing automation and CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to orchestrate ecosystem- and event-led campaigns through partners and investors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with relevant industry experience.
