Overview

The Brand Content Producer produces high-quality, engaging multimedia content that supports the Scion’s corporate brand, enhances internal and external communications, and captures key events and moments. This role is hands-on in video production, editing, and photography, and collaborates with the corporate communications team and external graphic design partners to develop compelling visuals. The Brand Content Producer ensures that all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and reinforce the company’s visual identity across platforms. Your Responsibilities Video Production

Capture, edit, and produce videos for corporate announcements, events, social media, and digital platforms. Develop short-form and long-form content tailored for specific channels and audiences. Maintain a library of raw and finished video assets for ongoing use. Photography

Conduct on-location and studio-style photography, including headshots, event coverage, and brand storytelling imagery. Edit and prepare photos for digital and print use, ensuring consistency with brand style. Graphic Design Collaboration

Partner with the external graphic design agency to create high-quality graphics, infographics, and visual assets. Provide creative briefs, brand guidelines, and visual direction to ensure design outputs meet project objectives. Review, provide feedback, and approve final creative files for use in campaigns and communications. Content Management & Execution

Collaborate with the communications team to identify visual storytelling opportunities. Assist in curating content for newsletters, social media, websites, and other brand touchpoints. Manage multimedia assets, maintaining an organized and accessible content library. The responsibilities listed above may not be all inclusive. What We Require

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of experience in video editing, photography, and content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) or equivalent tools. Strong photography skills with experience in portrait and event photography. Familiarity with content optimization for web and social platforms. Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; ClickUp and Entrata is a plus. Job location is based at Scion’s Chicago corporate headquarters. Working hours consist of standard daytime business hours. Willing and able to travel up to 30%, paid by the company. The base salary range for this full-time position is base + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. $75,000 - $85,000 USD
