We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to help execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels, bringing campaigns, content, and brand efforts to life. This role is perfect for a proactive marketer who enjoys balancing creativity with coordination in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and traditional channels Draft and edit marketing content for emails, social posts, web updates, and collateral Support email marketing, social media management, and basic SEO updates Help coordinate events, sponsorships, and client programs Track and report on campaign performance; maintain dashboards and CRM data Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, on-brand execution Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 4+ years of marketing experience Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Preferred
Experience with email marketing, CRM, or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce) Familiarity with social media management tools and digital analytics Experience in professional services or B2B environments Benefits Include
