Overview

Institutional Fiduciary Solutions (IFS) supports Financial Advisors and their Retirement Plan and Institutional clients through consulting, platform solutions, product development, education, and strategic initiatives. We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and creative Platform Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business leaders to develop impactful content, strengthen advisor engagement, and support strategic initiatives across the IFS platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Content Development & Management

In coordination with internal and external partners, develop, coordinate, and maintain content supporting retirement plan and institutional offerings.

Ensure all collateral remains accurate, current, and aligned with business standards.

Create, update, and troubleshoot RJnet pages to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and functionality.

Design and prepare presentations that effectively communicate platform solutions and recommendations.

Develop and coordinate email communications, including newsletters and process/operational updates.

Advisor Education & Engagement

Support the development and delivery of educational materials for advisors and internal partners.

Manage planning, coordination, and execution of regional sales webinars.

Serve as a subject matter expert or facilitate reviews among SMEs during content development.

Strategy & Project Management

Assist in developing and executing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales initiatives.

Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content, strategic priorities, and business objectives.

Research, Insights & Analytics

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging capabilities.

Partner with analytics teams to track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance.

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge Of

Retirement plan and institutional business including defined contribution, defined benefit, endowments, foundations, and nonprofit clients.

Concepts and regulatory requirements related to retirement plans and institutional business.

Skilled In

Using standard office software to create presentations, communications, reports, and data spreadsheets.

Managing time effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Delivering highly detailed, accurate work without compromising efficiency.

Following up and driving tasks to completion.

Ability To

Gather information, identify linkages or trends, and apply insights to assignments.

Research, interpret, and analyze information to support recommendations.

Organize and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels.

Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization.

Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Maintain current knowledge of investment and retirement plan products.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in financial services, retirement/institutional markets, or marketing within these sectors; OR

An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training as approved by Human Resources.

Licenses & Certifications

SIE preferred (unless exempt).

FINRA Series 7 preferred.

AIF or Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) designation, or ability to obtain within one year.
