The AML Product Analyst 2 job profile provides multi-faceted support for BSA Operations Leadership and Management Team. The AML Product Analyst 2 role engages key stakeholders to develop business objectives and define product features to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the underlying operational, modeling, and compliance programs. The AML Product Owner 2 serves as a mid-tier career path option for product ownership and product development, with a focus on cross-functional program impacts. The AML Product Analyst 2 will coordinate across multiple teams to design, develop, document, report, and maintain a strategic roadmap of data and system enhancements. The AML Product Analyst 2 will coordinate across the Enterprise to ensure strategic alignment with Bank-wide priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Own product development of at least one core BSA Operations’ product/application. Drive and coordinate the product’s end-to-end process to communicate impact awareness and gain an understanding of data, technology, modeling, and operational processes. Facilitate collaboration with key stakeholders to document business objectives, requirements, features, and/or story cards. Facilitate communication pathways to coordinate and provide status updates to key stakeholders, including various levels of operational managers and cross-functional executives. Drive and actively participate in transformational change within BSA Operations’ project methodologies (agile, hybrid, or waterfall) to expedite value for the BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance Programs. Write user acceptance test (UAT) cases and act as liaison between project leads and the testing organization during UAT. Resolve or, when appropriate, escalate issues to expedite decision making. Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, information technology, or business analysis related work, which can be a combination of internships, course work completed, and project team membership. Minimum of 1 year of experience directly supporting BSA/AML and/or OFAC Compliance Programs, OR minimum of 1 year of experience directly supporting Fraud, Financial Crimes, and/or Corporate Investigations Programs, or minimum of 1 year in a business analyst / product ownership related role.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with users who have various technical backgrounds and senior management Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment and balancing work across multiple projects Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement with results-driven experiences Multi-year experience with Actimize software modules, SAS, database structures and querying tools, Tableau, BI tools, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Name Screening tools, and Microsoft Office Suite Proven delivery of project deliverables using standard SDLC processes; experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies with supporting documentation Professional Project Management certification or accreditation Experience interfacing with all levels of management and examination teams

Compensation Range

$49,925 - $92,575 annual salary The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
