Job Summary At Shelter, we do not require previous insurance industry experience. We look for a motivated attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication skills. Sales experience and a degree in general business are helpful but not necessary. We provide in‑house and virtual training, industry education, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
Develop prospects and sell Shelter products within your agency.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Potentially bring on staff to handle administrative duties and improve sales.
Qualifications
Motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Background in real estate, retail, education, coaching, or other sales‑related fields (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and manage business operations.
