Job Overview Primarily supporting enrollments (#3). Perform duties for revenue operations department related to either medical insurance collections or credits, or setting patient insurance coverage. Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics. Respond timely and accurately to payer communications. Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams. Partner with clinic teammates such as insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators to ensure timely and accurate insurance information. Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements. Maintain current patient account information at all times. Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and policies.

Additional Responsibilities (Cross‑Trained) Could be put into one of multiple roles noted: (MUST BE FLEXIBLE WILL BE CROSS TRAINED)

Provider Web: Responsible for granting and maintaining provider web portal access for ROPS and Field teammates. This position will set up DaVita teammates as users in insurance payors web portals. This setup allows other users to process claims and register new patients.

Cash Application: Manages payments and applies them to the correct customer accounts. Duties include manually reviewing all remittance from customers or clients, and matching the payments to the appropriate invoices to ensure payment has been received.

Enrollments: Responsible for enrolling healthcare insurance providers electronically for claims, remittance, and electronic funds transfer. Resumes research and resolve enrollment opportunities and partner with various Revenue Operations teams to achieve department goals. Research and resolution is often conducted through online tools, but sometimes requires phone and direct email.

Imaging: Responsible for documentation of medical records and other pertinent information. Will scan, file, sort both manually and electronically.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Federal Way, WA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
