Private Capital Relationship Analysts

to support the identification, qualification, and relationship coordination of investment opportunities within our investor and fund manager network. This is

not an employment role . Private Capital Relationship Analysts operate as

independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Private Capital Relationship Analysts: Analyze and manage relationship-driven deal flow Qualify opportunities based on investor and sponsor alignment Coordinate introductions across capital relationships Support early-stage opportunity progression Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals Build a verified relationship-driven deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem This role is ideal for professionals who understand private capital dynamics and can assess both

people and opportunities

with judgment. What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Capital Relationship Analysts may: Source or receive proprietary and referred investment opportunities Evaluate relationship fit and opportunity readiness Prepare high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis) Coordinate introductions between deal principals and capital partners Support early-stage diligence handoff to analyst teams Private Capital Relationship Analysts do not perform underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising. Based on approval and experience, Private Capital Relationship Analysts may work across: Private equity and growth equity transactions Operating businesses and special situations Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments Deal categories are approved based on market experience and relationship credibility. Compensation & Economics

Success-based compensation only Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection Economics vary by deal size, structure, and analyst contribution No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality relationship-driven deal flow Activation Process
