What Youll Do
You may be the first, last, and sometimes the only associate a customer interacts with. Smile, greet, and thank every customer. You are an ambassador of Walmart.
Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment, especially in the evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
Multitask to assist customers: scan items, explain prices, bag items properly, count cash back, and keep your area clean.
Contribute to a positive customer experience while upholding store standards and procedures.
Understand and participate in company benefits and incentive programs as applicable.
