will deliver exceptional service to a primarily personal lines book, as well as a small book of small commercial accounts, that inspires clients to become lifelong clients and recommend our agency to others. Key Responsibilities Servicing, renewing and marketing new and renewal personal lines & small commercial property and casualty accounts. This includes: Provide outstanding client service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and service issues. Review and process endorsements with accuracy, leveraging virtual assistant support. Maintain orderly and thorough digital files and information, following agency standards. Build strong rapport with underwriters, clients and team members. Conduct proactive reviews of renewal rate increases and underwriting issues, resolving them or suggesting alternatives. Qualifications Property and Casualty insurance license 2+ years of Personal Lines experience with a minimum of 1 year working in an independent agency setting (familiar working with multiple carriers). 18 FTO (Flex Time Off - Paid) Days per calendar year + up to 5 optional, unpaid days off. Retirement Plan with employer match. Office & Remote Work Our office in downtown Cincinnati is set up essentially as our own, exclusive, co-working space; meaning you can come and go as you please. The office is available for you to work as many days per week as you would like. We require team members to work at least 2 days per week from our office to foster the Camargo culture, knowledge sharing and effective collaboration. All team members will also be set up for remote work (Camargo covers cost of hardware). Free parking in our attached, covered garage is included for everyone. Camargo Insurance is open from 8:30-5:00 Monday - Thursday and 8:30-4:30 Friday. Team members are expected to be logged in and available to assist existing and new customers during office hours.
