Director of Financial Reporting

Seeking an experienced Director of Financial Reporting to lead financial reporting, corporate accounting, audit and tax coordination, and treasury oversight. This role manages the production of timely monthly/quarterly reports, drives system utilization, ensures compliance with partnership, loan, and regulatory requirements, and partners with leadership to strengthen accounting policies, controls, and cross‑departmental efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
• Real Estate and/or Public Accounting experience is preferred
• 8+ years accounting/finance experience
• Experience with Partnership agreements and Waterfalling
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills
• Experience with Systems, Yardi is highly desired
