Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven
QA Manager
to lead and scale our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, experience managing QA teams, and familiarity with automation tools.
UiPath experience is a plus , especially for teams involved in RPA testing or automation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 6-7 QA Engineers across manual and automation testing functions. Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, best practices, and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, DevOps) to ensure high-quality product releases. Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test automation. Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. Own the defect tracking and resolution process, ensuring timely resolution and reporting. Mentor and upskill the QA team; conduct performance reviews and career development planning. Ensure timely delivery of QA milestones aligned with product roadmaps and sprint plans. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and metrics. Work with RPA teams when needed;
UiPath experience is
mandatory. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. At least 5+ years in a QA management role. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in test automation (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks). Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills. UiPath or other RPA tools experience
- understanding of RPA workflows, automation testing challenges, etc. Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Experience with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). ISTQB or similar QA certification
