Were looking for a Senior User Experience Designer who will be a visible design and practice lead and emerging thought leader. Working across broad domains, you will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, researchers, and engineers to create delightful customer experiences that help millions of people discover and book the perfect travel experiences. Partner with teams to tackle complex product challenges and brainstorm multiple creative solutions. Help shape our experience strategy and roadmap by balancing what travelers need today with where were heading tomorrow. Spot the biggest opportunities for helping travelers connect with our products, negotiating priorities and contributing to experience roadmaps. Turn research insights into design solutions that consistently hit the mark for our customers. Mentor junior designers and demonstrate what great design looks like in action. Find and implement creative solutions that enhance accessibility and inclusivity for diverse user needs. Help grow our design system by creating reusable components that make everyones life easier. Lead creation of project artifacts for large, complex projects, ensuring quality and timeliness. Tell compelling stories about your design work to excite stakeholders and gain buyin. Build feedback cultures where everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas and learning from each other. Strong facilitation, information architecture, and technical platform constraints expertise. ~ Bachelors degree or higher in Design, HumanComputer Interaction, User Experience, or related field (or equivalent experience). ~ Experience designing across platforms, including native (iOS, Android) and web. ~ Experience presenting design work and strategy to executive leadership and securing buyin. ~ Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to team growth.
