Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Director of Implementation who will travel nationwide to support technology deployments, assemble hardware, and train on-site imaging professionals on a simplified software platform. This individual will serve as a clinical and technical ambassador, ensuring successful site launches while building strong relationships with technologists and facility leadership.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys travel, education, and working at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
This is a salaried position based in Las Vegas, NV with pay ranging from $70,000 - $80,000 annual.
Key Responsibilities
Travel nationwide to healthcare facilities to implement new technology and support site go-lives Assemble and deploy hardware (including iPad-based systems and peripherals) Train radiologic technologists and staff on a simplified imaging software platform Serve as a subject matter expert during implementations and select sales calls Act as a trusted liaison between clinical teams and internal stakeholders Attend 5-6 industry trade shows annually Provide hands-on support during system launches and early adoption phases Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and training Collaborate closely with regional leadership and internal implementation teams Qualifications
Must be a current or former certified Radiologic Technologist (RT). Willingness to travel up to 75% - 100% of the time (minimum 3 weeks per month). Must be based in Las Vegas, NV. Must be able to effectively communicate with other Technologists and understand imaging equipment. Experience with site launches, go-lives, or new roll-outs within healthcare, healthcare tech, PACS/RIS, or related field preferred. Skills
Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with regional colleagues and leadership. Additional Requirements
Ability to travel a minimum of 3 weeks per month (up to 75-100% travel).
