Pay Range: $25hr - $30hr

The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for consulting, building, and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on customer journey development, campaign assembly, content quality, and optimization to ensure best-in-class digital experiences and measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities:

Consult on customer journey development, channel mix, and campaign artifacts. Participate in campaign kick-off meetings to ensure clear understanding of campaign brief, intent, and requirements. Set up campaign and event landing pages, emails, flows, search ads, and vanity URLs or redirects. Ensure quality, consistency, and searchability of content across all digital channels. Coordinate artifact development and campaign coding activities. Consult on content and creative execution within pre-designed templates for web, email, and search ads. nswer channel-specific questions and recommend data-driven solutions based on best practices. Coordinate campaign launches including publishing content, activating emails and digital ads, and managing landing pages. Conduct A/B testing for emails, search ads, and landing pages as required. Manage and deliver collected leads to regional or country CRM teams. Ensure end-to-end campaign assembly, flow, rollout, and quality of implementation. Engage subject matter experts as needed to bring campaigns to production. Promote high-quality customer interactions and a seamless digital customer journey. Prepare and distribute campaign instruction packages for global rollout. Collect feedback from participating regions or countries and coordinate additional needs. Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and apply best practices. Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Science, Digital Communications, or a related field. Three to five years of experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of multi-channel digital campaign tools and platforms. Proven experience implementing digital campaigns and customer journey strategies. Professional experience across digital channels such as email, search (organic and paid), digital events, digital advertising, and web platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. bility to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines. bility to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Should Have:

Experience working with global or cross-regional stakeholders. Operational knowledge of digital tools such as Percolate, Eloqua, and content management systems. Experience with web design, forms, and content management platforms. bility to consult and guide teams on digital campaign best practices. Experience supporting campaign KPIs related to awareness, education, and demand generation. Skills:
