* Reach out to those candidates to introduce opportunities at MLR and gauge their interest
* Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings
* Follow up with leads to sustain engagement and facilitate their hiring journey
* Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads
