We've cracked the code on profitable unit economics in healthcare, life sciences, education, and hospitality. Now we need someone to flood it with leads.
The Thesis
Your job is to pursue profitable segments relentlessly until Harper dominates mindshare. Find micro-segments with strong unit economics, systematically capture every prospect, and keep the funnel overflowing. Your leads directly correlate to revenue-you'll see your work convert in real time.
The Role
You'll own lead generation across every channel that works. This isn't "support the sales team"-this is build the pipeline that powers the company.
You work directly with founders. No committee. No approval chain. You find them, you flood the pipeline, you measure the outcome.

- Identify profitable micro-segments and systematically capture every prospect Drive volume through data
- Data-driven targeting, channel optimization, relentless iteration Own the full funnel
- From first touch to sales handoff; optimize backwards from revenue Iterate continuously
- Test channels, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does You Might Be a Fit If...
You take ownership without micromanagement You make decisions based on data, not hunches You pursue segments with laser focus until that market is yours You self-direct your learning and optimize continuously You've driven real lead volume that converted to revenue Requirements
1-3+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or lead generation Track record of driving measurable lead volume and pipeline Strong analytical skills-comfortable with data and funnel metrics Experience with paid acquisition, outbound, content, or partnership channels Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate Nice to Have
B2B, SMB, or high-consideration product experience Insurance, fintech, or regulated industry background Marketing automation and CRM experience Prior startup or high-growth experience Compensation
Salary:
$100,000-$140,000 + performance bonuses & equity Location:
