Job Description Summary The Digital Production Specialist supports the Marketing Communications team in University Advancement by building, editing, and publishing digital communications and webpages using established templates and brand guidelines. This role focuses on the technical production of marketing emails, event and donation pages within the Slate for Advancement CRM platform, and content updates to the Advancement website via the Anthology content management system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with HTML in a template-driven environment to ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital materials. The position reports to the Director of Operations and Project Management for the Marketing Communications team.

Duties: Build and schedule marketing emails in Slate using approved templates and provided content. Create and update event registration pages, donation pages, and related forms within Slate. Perform content updates and minor layout adjustments on the Advancement website using the Anthology CMS. Ensure accuracy of links, formatting, accessibility, and university branding standards across all digital assets. Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing of emails and pages prior to launch. Collaborate with the integrated creative and content teams to ensure consistency with University and Advancement brand guidelines, and maintain production timelines. Track and document work progress in the Wrike project management system, assisting with workflow efficiency and version control. Provide basic troubleshooting support for HTML, link tracking, and formatting issues. Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years experience working with digital platforms such as CRMs, CMSs, or email marketing tools Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Basic knowledge of HTML and web-based content editing Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Slate CRM, Anthology CMS, or similar systems as well as Liquid Mark Up or other templating language for dynamic content Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles. E-mail marketing tools.
