Job Description
As the Senior Director of External Reporting you will:
Own all SEC and external reporting enterprise-wide Lead disclosure strategy with CAO/CFO and align with IR and Audit Committee Advise leadership on regulatory trends and disclosure risk Oversee U.S. GAAP consolidated financials Be primary contact for external auditors on SEC matters Ensure XBRL compliance and evolving SEC technical requirements Manage global statutory reporting and local audit deadlines Drive consistency across regulators, banks, and stakeholders Lead creation of the Annual Report MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. A strong background in Accounting & Finance with expertise in the Financial Services industry. Proven knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Exceptional leadership and team management skills to guide a high-performing team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial reporting issues.
