KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop strategy for the operational needs of the office; support processes and process improvement to meet attorney and client expectations Work effectively with Regional Senior Director of Administration Build productive relationships with attorneys and partners Manage firmwide expectations with Salt Lake specific operational needs Oversee operations in conjunction with internal and external clients / leadership Employ cost effective management of the Salt Lake City office Communicate regularly with firmwide leadership to ensure firmwide initiative awareness Provide leadership coaching; including performance evaluations and goal setting Review and manage building and space needs; make recommendations and oversee facility REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor’s Degree required 8+ years of Administrative leadership experience in a law firm or professional services environment Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills Leadership and management experience in globally organization Highly adaptable, proactive and works well under pressure
