Purchasing Manager
to run point on sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing operations across multiple properties and projects. This role is for someone who negotiates like a pro and treats budgets like their own money.
Responsibilities:
Own purchasing for materials, supplies, and services across properties Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships and contracts Track pricing, orders, and inventory to avoid overpaying or overordering Work closely with property management, construction, and accounting teams Forecast purchasing needs and control costs Resolve vendor issues and keep operations moving without drama Qualifications:
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (real estate, construction, or property management a big plus) Strong negotiation skills and a vendor-management mindset Organized, detail-driven, and financially responsible Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines Solid Excel/ERP skills (you know your way around a spreadsheet) Why This Role
