Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing

Leading Beauty Brand seeking a Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing to lead performance marketing initiatives and customer acquisition strategies for a major beauty and eCommerce brand. This high-impact leadership role involves ownership of all acquisition marketing programs, including paid social, search, affiliates, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Paid Social and Search strategies focused on customer acquisition and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). • Lead, manage, and collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to drive results. • Own and scale paid social strategies across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and others. • Fully own and grow TikTok and TikTok Shop performance, including in-house channel management. • Manage and optimize large-scale marketing budgets balancing short-term and long-term growth. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Social, CRM, and Marketing teams to align initiatives. • Provide creative oversight for paid social assets, ensuring alignment with target audiences. • Establish performance reporting frameworks to analyze metrics and optimize strategy. • Identify emerging platforms and innovative opportunities for customer acquisition. • Continuously test new campaigns, messaging, and creative formats to improve performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of performance marketing experience, specifically with Paid Social and Search for direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce brands. • Proven success managing and scaling large marketing budgets. • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams. • Knowledge of growth and lifecycle marketing is a plus. • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect data insights to business strategies. • Excellent analytical skills, proficient at interpreting campaign performance and trends. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. • Passion for innovation and staying current on industry trends and tools. • Solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for beauty, eCommerce, and purpose-driven work.

Hybrid Work Schedule- 3 days in office
