Your Mission

Reporting to the Sector Vice President of Contracts & Supply Chain, you'll serve as the primary strategic advisor to our Business Area leadership while managing both talent and budget across the organization. This isn't just contract management, it's relationship building, risk mitigation, and strategic partnership development at the highest levels.

What You Bring

Educational Foundation

: Bachelors degree with 12+ years of experience, or Masters with 10+ years

Contracts Expertise

: Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support including experience with all contract types, working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and experience negotiating OTAs, CRADAs and commercial agreements

Leadership Excellence

: Minimum 4 years of team leadership experience with proven ability to develop talent

Adaptability

: Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and demonstrated success in identifying and managing risks.

Collaboration

: Demonstrated success in leveraging cross-functional teams to resolve complex Contracts and Subcontracts issues in support of achievement of business goals

Negotiation Mastery

: Strategic thinker with expert-level skills in complex terms and conditions negotiations

Security Clearance

: Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph required

Pay Range:

Pay Range $139,100.00 - $251,450.00
