The Director of Homelessness Response is not a city position but a collaborative effort of the City of Joplin, Regional Commission on Homelessness, and the Jasper and Newton Counties Homeless Coalition.
These organizations have entered into a mutual agreement to help solve the issues of homelessness in the Joplin Region. This position will work in coordination with the partners and will be an employee of the Economic Security Corporation as the Collaborative Applicant organization.
