
Job Title: Field / Event Marketer (Execution-Focused)

$160/hour (W2) Overview We're partnering with a
high-growth, AI-forward enterprise technology company
to find a highly organized, execution-driven
Field/Event Marketer . This role is intentionally
non-strategic
- you'll be given clear briefs and expected to run events end to end with exceptional precision and speed.
The role supports a high volume of
executive-level events , primarily
15-20 person CIO/CMO dinners , with approximately
50 events per quarter
and room to expand scope. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Own full execution of assigned events from brief through post-event follow-up
Translate event briefs into detailed execution plans and timelines
Manage calendars, invitations, and external attendee communications
Coordinate all logistics, including: Venues and run-of-show
Transportation (e.g., Uber credits)
Swag inventory and distribution
Run multiple events in parallel using a structured, process-driven approach
Provide
daily status updates
across all active events
Track event progress using provided red/yellow/green reporting and flag risks early
Partner closely with sales teams to coordinate follow-ups and meetings
Execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual events
Operate with an understanding of enterprise buying cycles and executive decision-making dynamics
Required Experience & Skills
4-5 years
of experience in event marketing or field marketing
Strong preference for candidates who have executed
executive-level (CIO/CMO) dinners
or similar strategic events
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
Polished, professional, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
High-energy, reliable, and relentless about follow-through
Experience supporting
enterprise B2B SaaS
organizations
Tools & Technical Requirements
Strong proficiency in: Excel and Google Workspace
Marketing automation tools (HubSpot or Marketo)
Salesforce
Event platforms (Cvent, Swoogo, Splash, etc.)
Experience with event technology platforms and lead capture tools
Logistics & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Valid passport
Must be based in
San Francisco or New York City
Available to be onsite
