Works under the direction of more senior Content Strategists to create content for public facing and authenticated experiences. Collaborates with UX designers, usability and product teams.

The Work Itself

Develop digital content strategies, content, and copy solutions for Ally Auto Dealer initiatives

Create high-quality content that aligns to business objectives, as well as brand standards, and voice/tone guidelines

Utilize a range of inputs from user research, site analytics, SEO analytics, usability findings and design standards, to develop impactful solutions.

Collaborate with visual design teams, business partners, and marketing experts to create/maintain a best-in-class digital customer experience across the Ally landscape

Work with internal teams to develop, share, and edit solutions

Contribute to the maintenance and implementation of Ally Digital Content Style Guide standards

Tackle multiple projects, competing priorities, and ambitious timelines

Pitch, propose, and provide thoughtful rationale in leadership reviews

Represent the UX practice-its ideals, standards, and methods-as an advocate, leading contributor, and collaborator to stakeholders both on-site and in remote locations.

The Skills You Bring

Required:

2+ years of content strategy and writing content for online properties.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, information systems preferred or equivalent experience.

Portfolio with detailed narrative outlining approach and scope of involvement.

Experience developing content material in support of the communications strategies.

Experience publishing internal or external communications (e.g. website content).

Proficiency in Figma, Writer, or other industry standard design authoring tools.

Familiarity working with design systems.

Ability to balance routine, continuous throughput for tactical initiatives with long-term strategic engagement.

Preferred:

Familiarity working with common AI tools.

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
