
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce Administrator
to support and maintain our global Salesforce platform across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing, and CPQ. This role focuses on system configuration, user support, data integrity, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of Salesforce environments.
What You Will Do
Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules. Maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure proper security and access control. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and list views to support business needs. Support Field Service Lightning (FSL) configurations and workflows. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements and implement approved changes. Assist with data management, including imports, exports, and data cleansing. Stay current with Salesforce releases and apply relevant updates to the system. Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices. Provide end-user training and support to ensure adoption and effective use of Salesforce. What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred. 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Field Service Lightning experience strongly preferred). Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or other Salesforce certifications a plus. Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Experience with data management and system integrations. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
