This role will lead procurement strategy, vendor management, and contract negotiations to ensure the company secures highquality products at competitive prices. This role drives operational excellence, cost savings, and alignment of purchasing processes with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & develop purchasing team : Provide leadership, training, and organizational planning. Vendor management : Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and onboard new suppliers. Contract oversight : Negotiate and manage longterm agreements, ensuring compliance and value optimization. Operational alignment : Ensure purchasing supports production schedules and organizational objectives. Systems & data integrity : Optimize use of MRP systems, forecasting models, and pricing matrices. Logistics support : Oversee freight sourcing, shipping efficiency, and vendor contributions to company events. Crossfunctional collaboration : Partner with internal teams and communicate purchasing updates across the organization. Qualifications
10+ years of supply chain or procurement management experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong negotiation, organizational, and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in purchasing systems, budgeting, and standard office software. Ability to manage confidential information and travel as needed.
