
Responsibilities:
Tray and prepare plate in accordance with tickets and orders.
Keep work area clean and tidy.
Run food to Guests from expo line to dining areas
Having a sense of urgency;
Assembling orders - double checking product quality and specs;
Act as a liaison between the Heart-of-the-House and Front-of-the-House staff;
Receive and order products;
Communicating professionally with co-workers and Front-of-the-House staff.
*Closed Thanksgiving Christmas Eve, Christmas, Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Years Day
