The Brand Representative (BA) will primarily be responsible for building relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores, on behalf of Dell./ppThe ideal candidate is a people-person who can cultivate relationships and build excitement about the Dell brand and products. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create thoughtful and positive interactions with both store associates and prospective customers alike. The Brand Representative will leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising Dell products throughout the specified market. Equity Events/li/ulpShopper Experience/pulliEnhance the Dell brand experience for shoppers/liliDemonstrate and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market/liliBe the in-store resource to answer questions, discuss product features and provide hands-on demonstrations/liliEnsure all retailer sales personnel are highly knowledgeable on the unique selling points of Dell devices/liliConduct experience events to engage Retail Sales Associates and customers/li/ulpBrand Presence/pulliConfirm display devices are clean, functional, and available for customers to use/liliEnsure Dells retail brand standards are maintained by inspecting branded displays and marketing materials/liliConduct survey of in-store branded fixtures and displays and record findings/liliPartner with store leaders on solutions for pricing or merchandising issues/liliExecute resets, including placement or removal of devices and marketing material/li/ulpMarket Intelligence/pulliProvide insight into marketplace trends of territory retailers/liliCollect consumer insights weekly/liliGather intelligence from stores which are exceeding sales performance/liliProvide data on competitor pricing, incentives, promotions, and customer preference or sentiment/li/ulpCareer Opportunity/pp2020 Companies has extensive and paid technology training courses for you prior to your start date. While prior knowledge of technology is helpful, it is not a requirement. We are looking for people who strive to have genuine interactions to create brand advocates for Dell amongst store associates and shoppers./ppJob Description:/pulliDrive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities engaging directly with customers and retail channel partners/liliDevelop partnership with retail store management to foster sales driving activities with associates/liliSchedule and facilitate sales and product training with front line store associates and managers/liliEnsure current products are displayed, functional, and clean/liliSet Retail Display Resets and Refreshes as needed within assigned Markets/liliOpportunity to travel for Merchandising throughout the nation/liliDrive sales productivity through high quality sales interactions with customers/liliBuild and maintain industry vertical affiliate distribution relationships/liliEffectively assess and communicate on-site needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral, etc./liliEducate customers while making product recommendations/liliMeet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis/liliAccurately document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices/liliCollect customer feedback and provide sales/marketing channel insight and recommendations/liliSet and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations and ensure all brand standards are followed/li/ulpPerformance Measurements:/pulliMeet or exceed quarterly sales goals/liliMeet or exceed weekly in store time goals/liliVisit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis/liliEffectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance/liliEffectively execute sales activities inside each location during all visits/liliEffectively demonstrate an on-going ability to establish, maintain and influence business relationships through increased shelf space, product placement and consistent productivity/liliRecord and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required/lili6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred/lili6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments/liliExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills/liliAbility to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs/liliStrong analytical skills and customer service orientation/liliStrong multi-tasking skills, time management and attention to detail/liliAbility to perform independently in an unstructured work environment/liliTravel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other Markets/liliMust have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage/li/ulpWhat You Can Expect From 2020 Companies/ppWe welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
