If you are motivated by building new relationships, achieving high-level sales results, and contributing to a top performing team, we are excited about you!/ppHow youll spend your time:/pulliBuild and grow our bank partner relationship, resulting in consistent referral production. Our bank partners provide warm leads and are rewarded for sending referrals your way!/liliDaily utilization and updating of Salesforce as a CRM tool./liliDeveloping profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from existing accounts by selling Merchant Services (Visa/MC/Discover/American Express processing) to Small/Medium Size businesses./liliIdentifying business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services./liliLearn and develop expert-level knowledge of company products and services./liliPresenting to prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organizations products and services to meet their needs./liliImplementing and maintaining an effective referral network and call program to promote sales./liliReceive guidance and training in a remote environment and achieve daily objectives as set forth by your manager./li/ulpNo experience with Merchant Services required, just strong sales experience and a willingness to learn and grow with us! Location in Little Rock Arkansas expected to travel daily. Working with bank partners in the area./ppBasic Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree, or equivalent work experience/liliTwo to three years of relevant sales experience/liliAbility to travel 3-4 days per week in market/li/ulpPreferred Skills/Experience:/pulliExpert knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations/liliExcellent marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills/liliAbility to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance/liliStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills/liliAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously/liliExcellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills/liliWorking knowledge of Salesforce/liliProficient in Microsoft Office/li/ulpOur approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
