The PCC will conduct in-person consultations, guide patients through the Sono Bello process, and help them choose procedures that align with their goals./ppThe ideal candidate should have a demonstrated history of sales success, experience thriving in a fast-paced setting, possess confidence, emotional intelligence, and credibility, exhibit high integrity, and maintain an excellent work ethic. This position demands a highly motivated individual with robust negotiation and closing abilities, capable of addressing objections effectively within a face-to-face consultative setting./ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliMeet with new and returning patients to understand their goals and guide them toward the appropriate treatment plan, partnering with the surgical team (Doctor) as the next step in their transformation journey./liliEducate patients on our unique approach, available procedures, process expectations, and financing/payment options./liliCoordinate timely follow-up with both the in-center clinical team and the patient to ensure a seamless, positive experience before and after the procedure./liliBuild and manage a strong patient pipeline, including proactive follow-up with prospective patients./liliServe as a leader within your center, keeping the team informed, engaged, and focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience./li/ulh3What Were Looking For:/h3ulliA proven track record of sales success (3+ years) in a high-energy, fast-paced environment./liliExperience in one-on-one consultative sellingespecially in aesthetics (e.g., plastic or cosmetic surgery, skincare, hair restoration, or laser treatments)is highly valued./liliAbility to quickly build rapport, understand patient needs, and create urgency that drives action./liliStrong interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with patients, physicians, and team members./liliSelf-motivated, accountable, and driven to exceed goals and manage KPIs for strong financial results./liliMaintains professionalism and composure under pressure./liliExceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities with ease./liliPositive outlook and a passion for what we do!/liliRequired to work the last three business days of the month, per our time off guidelines./li/ulh3Compensation:/h3pAt Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. We offer competitive pay, generous monthly bonuses, and excellent training./ppThe compensation package includes:/pulli$50,000.00

$60,000.00 base salary/liliOvertime and overtime premium/liliUncapped bonus based on KPI and goal achievement/liliTotal compensation ranges between $160,000.00

$250,000.00 annually/li/ulpPay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future.
