This is a hands on technical sales role, working directly with customers to evaluate health of water systems./ppRemote Role/ppTitle: Sales

Service Water Treatment Sales Representative - Selling Water Treatment Chemicals to clients all over the area/ppLocation: Raliegh/Durham N.C./ppTravel: 80-100% within territory/ppPay: $80K to $95K base salary based on experience, PLUS commission/ppYou will be primarily responsible for revenue and profit growth of our integrated programs, services and products in targeted accounts within your assigned region. You will be required to take a consultative sales approach with a strong emphasis on converting strategic competitive accounts. In addition, you will be required to build long-term relationships with an existing customer base by understanding their key business drivers, executing programs, and selling new technologies./ph2Responsibilities/h2ulliIncrease annual invoiced gross profit dollar by following KSP (Kurita Selling Process) Find qualified partners Build Trust through Engagement Be a creative problem Solver Propose customized Solutions Close the business and become a long term partner with customers/liliCreate unique shared value for customer by advising and achieving environmental, financial, asset health and sustainability goals/liliSupport current customers with regular water testing, equipment maintenance and individualized system analysis, communicating those results in a professional, clear and concise method./liliWork with Kurita internal teams to provide an outstanding customer experience/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulliMinimum of 2 years of industry experience/liliPrefer Technical Degree/liliPrefer water treatment or industrial plant experience/liliPrefer working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems/liliProfessional history of meeting goals and overcoming obstacles/liliSelf driven, with the ability to perform at a high level in an autonomous work environment/liliPrior experience that required excellent communication skills/liliPrior experience that required excellent organizational skills/liliPrior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic/liliMust have a valid Drivers License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record/liliNo immigration sponsorship offered for this role/liliThe qualified candidate will be subjected to pre-employment background check and drug screen EEO/AA/F/M/Vet/Disabled/li/ul/div
