The main role is to assist floor staff in motivating the team to exceed sales targets. The sales manager position is considered a part-time key holder. Everyone plays a crucial role, and the goal of a specialized advisor is to engage and inspire our customers to give their best by offering an uncompromised and unparalleled customer experience./ppMain tasks and responsibilities:/pulliActs as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge, and keeps up to date with products./liliEstablishes strong connections and relationships with customers to maintain positive interactions./liliUpholds and executes all of the companys customer service initiatives./liliAssists with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory./liliAssists with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and the cleanliness of the floor and warehouse./liliOrganizes the warehouse ensuring labeling, logical placement, organization, and cleanliness are maintained./liliLeads store opening and closing procedures when management is not present./liliPerforms any other tasks assigned by a member of the management team./li/ulpBasic qualifications:/pulliAt least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment./liliFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays./liliStrong sales experience and a proven ability to achieve top results in individual sales performance./liliStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills./liliAbility to work in a team and interact effectively with others./liliGood time management and organizational skills./liliProficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers./liliAbility to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or warehouse./liliBilingual./liliAbility to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs./li/ulpPay Range: $20.29/ppThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
