In this role, you will leverage outbound prospecting techniques to call and email prospects, build leads and pipelines for managed accounts, and secure meetings with decision-makers. You will qualify prospects by understanding their needs and guide appropriate next steps using your knowledge of ezCater solutions./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliCall and email prospects to build leads and pipeline for managed accounts by leveraging outbound prospecting techniques/liliAchieve all input and output goals including contacts prospected, leads qualified, customer calls completed, meetings scheduled, and opportunities created/liliQualify prospects by understanding their needs and use your knowledge about ezCater solutions to guide appropriate next steps/liliPartner with Account Executives to multi-thread into accounts, securing meetings with prospective decision makers/liliWork with other sales team members to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are clearly defined via discovery and qualification calls/liliAccurately track activity and develop pipeline using a CRM, with the ability to leverage self-service reporting tools/liliRepresenting ezCater at various customer facing events, including but not limited to industry-focused conferences, tradeshows or other general opportunities/liliOther duties and responsibilities as assigned/liliBe required to travel 25% of the year; including Sales Kick Off, Together Weeks, and customer visits when applicable/li/ulpWhat You Have:/pulliBachelors degree or equivalent/liliEntry level (0-2 years) experience in sales development/liliExperience navigating prospective accounts at senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities and decision makers/liliAble to execute against required phone call and contact cadences/liliSelf-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive, and results-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills/liliDemonstrated success self-prospecting/liliExperience using prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator/liliExperience using Salesforce/liliExperience with G-Suite products and applications/liliExperience in navigating highly complex and networked accounts to map and understand key decision makers/liliExperience interacting with procurement and/or supply chain roles/li/ulpThe national cash compensation for this role will consist of base salary, bonus, and a variable component, for a total on-target earnings (OTE) of $80,000 per year./pp*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region
