Naturium within specialty retail accounts. In this role, youll assist with reporting, analysis, merchandising programs, and general account support while gaining exposure to how retail sales strategy, execution, and partnerships come together in a fast-paced beauty environment./ppResponsibilities:/pulliPrepare and distribute weekly sales reports, including insights and commentary/liliSupport retail sales and consumer/category reporting, including tracking new item launches and planogram performance/liliLead ROI analysis on new programs and distribution opportunities/liliLeverage category insights to inform assortment decisions in partnership with space planning/liliManage in-store merchandising programs from concept through completion/liliSupport item maintenance for retailer item setups/liliMonitor and report on competitive brand launches and retail events/liliProvide general administrative support, including sending samples and completing listing forms/liliEnsure customer requests for information are addressed in a timely manner/liliCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support account needs/liliAssist in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and decision-makers/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMust be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship/liliMust be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th/liliAvailable for in-office work at least three days per week/liliCurrently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field/liliDemonstrated interest in CPG (beauty preferred) and supporting major retail accounts/liliSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to deliver results/liliStrong planning, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail/liliEffective written and verbal communication skills/liliStrong analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/liliTeam-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively/liliDemonstrates initiative and confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving/liliStrong relationship-building skills/liliPassion for beauty/li/ulpBusiness Rationale:/pulliThis summer, the e.l.f.tern will assist with the overall business across e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, and Naturium within Ulta and other specialty retailers. The role will help maintain calendar planning by tracking weekly sales, sampling initiatives, secondary placements, and other business activities. The intern will also own sample requests across accounts, support account specialists with item setups and various needs, and track competitive activity across mass skincare, mass body care, and mass cosmetics categories./li/ul/div
