Every minute matters in fire response. As climate change amplifies the intensity of wildfires with longer fire seasons, dryer fuels, and faster windsnew ignitions spread faster and put more communities at risk. Today, most wildfires are detected by bystanders and reported via 911, meaning it can take hours to detect a fire, verify its exact location and size, and dispatch first responders. Fire authorities need a faster way to detect, confirm, and pinpoint fires so that they can quickly respondpreventing small flare-ups from becoming devastating infernos.

We are seeking a strategic and handson Director of Product Marketing to lead and build our product marketing efforts. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with the founders and leadership team to develop a worldclass product marketing function. This is a unique opportunity to shape our product marketing strategy, define a new product category, and drive both immediate and longterm growth. Develop and lead the gotomarket strategy for new product launches and features, ensuring successful and impactful launches that resonate with target audiences.
Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning. Define and develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that differentiate Pano AIs offerings in the market and communicate the unique benefits to customers.
Gather feedback from customers, the sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure the product marketing strategy aligns with realworld challenges and needs.
Oversee he development of productrelated content, such as blog posts, white papers, social media posts, case studies, and videos, to drive demand generation and support lead nurturing efforts.
Act as the internal and external product evangelist, participating in industry events, webinars, and customer meetings to communicate the value of Pano AIs solutions.
Work closely with product management, engineering, and sales to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with product development and sales efforts.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
~7 + years of experience in product marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully positioning and launching products.
~ Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
~ Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all parts and levels of the organization.
~ Demonstrated ability to create effective marketing collateral and sales enablement tools.
~ Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
~ Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.).
