Were committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business./ppEssential duties and responsibilities:/pulliPlan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customers needs and requirements./liliMake sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while acquiring new customers./liliEnsure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales./liliTake initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities./liliConstantly review distributors performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management./liliAttend meetings with other companies to negotiate, so that they assist in the overall growth and development of the business organization./liliCarry out market research, conduct surveys and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies./liliMake new plans that will help the organization race ahead in the competition by prioritizing the target countries./liliProposes and negotiates sales, pricing and terms to the assigned accounts and to new customers./liliAnalyze product purchasing options, including identifying best market pricing, supplier options, and conducting plant visits to ensure supplier compliance./liliActively participate in the training sessions to improvise knowledge and skills./liliDevelop complete, close working relationships with key decision makers at target accounts./liliResponsible for all sales results at assigned and targeted accounts./liliResponsible for all A/R collections in each assigned account./liliResponsible for pricing and margin management within assigned accounts./liliAttend trade shows and exhibitions./li/ulpQualifications and requirements:/pulliBilingual and fluent in English and Spanish preferred/liliFinancial / business analytical skills/liliComputer skills
